Bookings are on a first come first service bases. If, you have potential dates you may need in the future, those dates can be put on hold for you tentatively for a period of time.

The forms of payment that are accepted are: Check, Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, and ApplePay.

Yes, Meet and Greets are mandatory for new clients and services will not be booked without one. Meet and greets help the pet become familiar with me and for the owner to discuss a pet’s routine, concerns, and etc. It helps a pet not be taken off guard when a service is booked.

A meet and greet and service cannot be booked on the same day.

Life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel a service, please let me know ASAP. You will be refunded.

If a cancellation is at the very last minute and I’m already in route and/or arrived at the destination, you will be charged for the service.

Unfortunately, there are times when a new client or service can’t be booked. The reason listed below are as followed:

• Not in radius or area serviced

• Neighborhood is unsafe and safety concern

• Home is unsafe and hazardous conditions

• Potential client displaying inappropriate and weird behavior

• Potential client being disrespectful and not respecting policies

• Potential new client refuses to do a meet and greet

• Repeated cancelations and rescheduling for meet and greet

• No response or follow up response from potential new client

• Pet is very aggressive and unable to handle

Reiki is a form of energy healing that uses the universal energy called, Qi. Reiki can help with relaxation, stress, anxiety, and balancing the chakras. Reiki is NOT to be replaced with traditional medicine to treat illness and/or diseases. If you have concerns about your pets health, please consult your veterinarian professional and veterinarian specialists.

What will be used during a session:

• Your pet’s favorite bed/blanket to lay on

• Flameless candles (No real candles will be used for pet safety)

• Crystals and sacred geometry grids

• Music/soundbath audio

• NO smudge bundles, incenses, or aromatherapy will be used for pet safety
